Thanks For The Memories....
A Message from CDPUG's 2009 President Janet Dodrill 12/21/09
This has been a rewarding year for me in serving on CDPUG's Board and as President of the organization. I have had several opportunities over the years to contribute to and participate on committees and with projects and events at CDPUG, and in doing so have gained both professional and personal growth, have made many friends in the process, and have had fun doing it.
One thing about CDPUG that stands out to me is that members are really interested in obtaining knowledge about software, hardware, and publishing and in gaining a network of peers in their field, not just connections for getting sales or job leads, however those things do come as byproducts of meeting and mingling with its quality professional people in the digital arts industries. Most everyone knows Spike, and he has a way of bringing people together and helping them develop professionally as individuals within the group. I appreciate his style and commitment to the group, and feel the organization owes a lot to him for its strides and perseverance over the years.
